Im out West in Canada....and yes its WAAAAYYY cheaper to go through the USA but like you said the Resmed and PR don't ship to Canada cross border. I ended up going through my DME and VitalAire out here and luckily got 100% coverage with my insurance. If you know someone in the US who you could ship ...
