I'll drop by 1cm and stay on fixed, we'll see how it goes for a few days. Good night all! Thanks.

Re: How do I approach this sleep vs sleep w/ cpap?
AYR nasal gel has helped with my dry nose, it soothes and cools. I hope you get a good night in soon. I'm living in a fog lately too, no fun for sure.

Re: Help reading sleepyhead & please advise
There is room for improvements. How to go about getting my AHI down closer to 5 while getting the CAs down. I was diagnosed with complex sleep apnea, no surprise there to anyone that looks at my graphs. I've posted July 3 in this post; the numbers are different, however the cpap settings were the sa...

Re: Help reading sleepyhead & please advise
Hi Palerider - Would you mind looking at t a screenshot of my graphs from last night? I made the changes you suggested. The numbers still are not great, however, I felt more rested this morning than I have in a very long time. Thanks again for your time. http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn39/mykir...

Re: Help reading sleepyhead & please advise
Hi Palerider, Thanks for the suggestion, I read and followed the instructions for organizing graphs. Using F12 for the screenshot isn't working for me, in fact, I don't even remember how I was able to post the screenshot of the graphs earlier tonight! Sad but true. I must try for some sleep so I can...

Help reading sleepyhead & please advise
Hi - Although I've been in a love/hate relationship with my Cpap for a couple of years now this is my first plea for help. Reading the posts for the past year, I see a lot of folks have benefited from the seasoned and successful users. I have to confess, as I did to my Dr. about a month ago, that I'...
