Noisy Resmed Airsense 10

Returned my 3 month old S10 because the cellular stopped working. This next machine is brand new and makes a whoo sound and vibrates on exhale when the Pressure Relief is ON. If I turn the Pressure Relief OFF, the noise and vibration stop. My previous machine made no such noise. You can feel the machine vibrating on each exhale when it makes the noise.

When in clinical menu, turning the EPR from 3 to 2 also stops the noise. Going to have to return it as the noise is very annoying and I like the EPR. It's not horribly loud but with the vibration I can't imagine this is normal.

I was turning Pressure Relief on and off while machine was running. Could this cause the issue?

Is it possible this noise/vibration will go away?
