I am still getting use to all of this sleepy head data I have rolling in... I just switched to a wisp nasal mask and was a bit alarmed by the large leak rate I saw today. I am assuming that the leak rate is due to mouth leaks due to the data I am seeing any thoughts? I did wake up a few times with my mouth open and dry.
Also I am now at the point that I am thinking about playing with the settings on my CPAP but wanted a bit of input from the wise members here. I do notice when I wake up that my machine is always at atlas 16 on pressure so I think that having a min of 6 is too low seeing as my last data is showing that my total time in apnea was 1:17 but I may be completely wrong on that.

minimum of 10, work on leaks... those would be the first steps.Gutsy911er wrote:I am still getting use to all of this sleepy head data I have rolling in...
