Re: CPAP Noob looking for some guidance
I use the nasal pillows and haven't had any problems with them, although I did go through about a week where I just had to make myself keep breathing. When I did my sleep study in the hospital, They put a mask on me that just covered my nose. it wasn't a full face mask. I had a really claustrophobic...

Re: Sudden increase in events
Just wanted to let you all know that my events have returned to normal. Was apparently just a fluke to have that many in one night. I downloaded the Sleepyhead software, just need to get my sd card uploaded to it and see what I can see.
Thanks for the support!

Re: Dream and cpap
I used to dream all the time. Crazy, vivid dreams that made no sense. I would tell my daughter and she would look at me like I was crazy! Now I remember some of them, but they fade away really fast. I look at a dream interpretation website to see if I can figure out what my subconscious is trying to...

Sudden increase in events
Hi all! Hope you are having a good day! I just looked at my report for last night from MyAir, and my events were 7.4! I was shocked because they are usually between 0.6 and 2.5. Everything else showed ok, and my overall "score" was 98 out of 100. I am wondering if the "events" could be something bes...

Re: In Less Than 2 Hours, Airing Surpasses $100,000
It would be great if it worked, because my cats like to lay on my hoses. But I don't like all the emails I'm getting from the founder Marsh guy. I wanted info, don't have the $$ to contribute to anything! But it would be nice if it worked.

Re: Newbie with questions.
I'm new to CPAP, too, after completing just one month. It's a little frustrating sometimes in the beginning, but I can tell you for me it was totally worth it! When I had my sleep study, I tried the nasal mask, and I actually almost had a panic attack with it! But they switched me to the nasal pillo...

Re: Anyone use "MY AIR" on resmed site
Yes, I use the MyAir from ResMed. I can check it from my phone so that makes it very convenient for me. I've never tried Sleepyhead. Might have to look into it. But I feel like MyAir at least gives me a good idea of how my sleep patterns are changing, and that the seal on my mask was good while I wa...

Re: Depression? attn Kaiasgram
Good morning all! Once again, thank you so much for all of your input. It really helped me a lot. It helped me just to know that I'm not alone...or weird...although I am kinda weird..lol. I did start journaling about what I am going through, and got some stuff figured out just from that. Anyway, I j...

Re: Depression?
I have been using MyAir by resmed to track my sleep. My machine automatically updates it every day. It runs on a point system and I've been getting 90-99 out of 100 points every night except one. That was the night that I woke up in the morning laying on the hose!! lol mask seal has been good, numbe...

Re: Depression?
Thank you Blackspinner! I did start writing in my journal about it last night. One VERY good thing about the treatment...I'm not falling asleep at my desk anymore (like my Avatar shows!). It was a 2-3 time a day thing. I like the idea of my lost creativity coming back. You all have been very helpful!

Re: Depression?
Thanks...you may be right about the sleepiness masking things, and I like the quote about not blaming the glasses! I used to have really vivid dreams, and used to be able to recall them in vivid detail. I am guessing this is from waking up all the time during them! Now the lack of remembering my dre...

Depression? attn Kaiasgram
Hello all! I'm new here. Started my CPAP therapy on May 16, 2015, so about 9 days ago. I've been doing really well with being compliant, and I've been sleeping good. The first morning I woke up with so much energy, it was almost scary. However, as last week moved along, I noticed that, while I was f...
