newbie...have questions

just got signed up on here...been using my machine for about 7 weeks...I have central as well as obstructive sleep apnea, so I am really serious about using my machine
question...my nose is very stuffy, before I put my mask on and sometimes during the night...I have been using nasal spray because I can't seem to breathe well enough unless I do...however, I know I should not use it all the time...I tried a saline spray, but that didn't work...I am sure the stuffy nose is due to allergies and for now I can cope, but what if I get a cold?
question...when I wake up in the am, my eyes are "soupy"...I don't seem to have leaks around the mask and my report says I have a good seal
question...I don't have a problem with my mouth opening, however, my tongue seems to always be between my teeth...is that normal? It doesn't seem sore the next day
