100% compliance with a dental device which when tested isn't correcting the OSA, is worth what?

It's a sheeple product, highly polished with a website with no real technical information fanning the hopes of the poorly informed.
This tells me how many people are failed CPAP users and will do almost anything to find that miracle product -- me among them. I'm not a failed CPAP user but I'm not a 100% faithful user either. Someday people who struggle with the use of their machine will be willing to spend lots of money for that magical device. I just ordered yet another (different) mask... another attempt at finding that miracle. It's really the same thing... searching for a magical device and searching for the miracle mask.
If only the folks with sawdust for brains were as sweet and obliging and innocent as The Scarecrow! ~a friend~

Well, actually, if you click on the link in my signature regarding dental devices, the adjustable appliances in particular have a decent to good success rate in getting the AHI below 5 for mostly mild to moderate ranges. There are a few severe ranges it helps also.
By the way, I don't think I was maintaining that 100% compliance equals effectiveness. But if this device were to have to similar type success with greater compliance,more people would at least be partially treated vs. not being treated at all.

I definitely hear what you are saying. I was very tempted to try the P10 before giving myself a talking to about how my current mask is fine and that isn't the problem.

I use a Wisp mask and really like it. I never have trouble with my therapy and am 100% compliant. However, it sure would be nice to not have to carry around a CPAP machine, hose, mask, etc, when I travel. I frequently travel for work, and while I have it down, who wouldn't like some little gadget that doesn't take up any space to pack? Someone somewhere someday will come up with some innovative way to manage their treatment. Who knows? It's something to think about!
