Specifically, you can say

"Y'know, my diagnosis and decision to treat is based entirely on the basis of RERAs (AHI 1.1 RDI 7.1).

Now, the definition of RERA needs an arousal, right?
If electing to score RERA’s, score a respiratory event as a RERA if there is a sequence of breaths lasting ≥10 seconds characterized by increasing respiratory effort or by flattening of the inspiratory portion of the flow waveform leading to arousal from sleep when the sequence of breaths does not meet criteria for an apnea or hypopnea.
but my reports show virtually no arousals associated with the RERAs. How can that be?"

Song and dance may ensue, but unless they come up with a whole pile of respiratory arousals, your RDI is 3.6 and you don't have SDB.
