Certainly could explain many of your symptoms. I was severely symptomatic even when my AHI was lower than yours and my o2sat not quite as low. Here's hoping good sleep will turn things around for you.

Your AHI wasn't to bad but your oxygen desaturation was pretty low depending on how long it stayed that low. You might want to consider getting a pulse oximiter to monitor your O2 desaturation while monitoring your therapy. I have a CMS 50i recording oximiter as do several others here.
