Comfortlite 2 for Sale

Post by Steve-o » Sat Apr 29, 2006 11:41 am

Noticed there seems to be lots of interest for people with people in the group looking for a deal on one of these.

I tried mine for 3 nights and just can't get comfortable with it, so I'm going to sell it. So, it has been very lightly used. I don't have any health problems other than the apnea to worry about.

I have both medium and large sizes for both the nasal pillow and comfortseal interfaces. The comfort seal interface is the triangular shaped nasal interface that goes over the nose. Nasal pillows need no explanation.

I really want to be fair on the price. Keep in mind that they are $91.41 + $7 shipping on cpap.com. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/Comfor ... -Mask.html Send me a private message with an offer if you are interested.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this here or not. If not, feel free to delete this post. I don't want to offend anyone.

Thanks,
Steve

Steve-o, I found that I can't use mine after only one night. My top number is 14 and the thing went into lift off when it ramped up to that number. Such a waste of money, when the DME should have known it wouldn't work with high numbers.

I can understand if a person really would rather not add an extra strap to any mask. However, I like to add a homemade strap down low on any mask that tends to shift out of place or "lift off". A strap down low helps stabilize nasal pillows interfaces if they don't "stay put" at any pressure.

This picture shows a homemade strap. Also shows the elbow removed and a short swivel connector hose added on top.

Hi RG

What happened to the panty hose. We CPAPers don't get much excitement as it is. There's something spicy about panty hose.
