MyEncore Error "Failed to load Resources...."

Post by snoozalot » Fri Feb 10, 2006 10:08 am

I finally got Encore Pro working. Now, when trying to run MyEncore, I get the following message upon start-up:

"Failed to load resourses from resource file. Check Setup"

I have not received my card reader yet, so is it possible that since I don't have any data in Encore Pro that this is why I get the error?

Thanks,
Bob

From my experience, you will get that message until you actually have data downloaded into Encore Pro. So, yes, you need to wait for your reader.

How you guys can wait for a week or two to get your card readers?

Not me! I figured I'd already put up with the apnea long enough. I wanted anything that would help, immediately, and so I went to Securetech Peripherals. I think I got it next day, but it may have been two days.

Bill

Was it the same price as 2factors?

Nope. $49.95, plus shipping. I seem to recall a total of about $66 for next day service. I thought it was wonderful when I found them. I'd been considering ordering at the $100+ dollar price from CPAP.com just to get the reader quickly.

Bill

Well, you still got a good deal, I guess.

Since I went 3 years without a reader, I didn't mind waiting 8 days to get one for a total of $30.80 (Some of us aren't flush in the money belt).

Glad you are up and running.

It took 7 days from 2 factors and I still have over $30 in my pocket. I had to shake the rice out of it to get the card in.

I've got my reader, downloaded the card, can see it in Encore pro but get the failed to load resources error still. Did a search, found this thread.

(Edit) found the problem was a patient I setup before getting the reader which had no data. Deleted the patient, My Encore running OK.
