Can't Get Daily Pressures on MyEncore

Post by Linda3032 » Thu Jan 26, 2006 6:46 pm

Hi everyone. A while back I got the 2factors reader and have had both Encore Pro and MyEncore up and running for almost a month. But, when I bring up the MyEncore reports, the "Daily Pressures" report never has data on it. The page loads with all the titles and graphs, but no data. What am I doing wrong (don't get too carried away now)

Thanks in advance,
Linda

are you sure you are on the right person? seriously I had this problem when I created a second and third self and had to save the preferences, then go out and back in again

are the dates right?

does encore pro have those dates for the right person? if so you should be able to get them - if all else fails, uninstall myencore and start it over again would be my next suggestion

you have to create a patient profile for yourself with EncorePro software if you haven't done that yet, once the record is created you select it before downloading card data, it will ask if you want to save it to the current profile (or warn you they may not match, just say yes to import the data to the current profile. Answer No when it asks to erase the card. Once the data is in the database with EncorePro you can use Derek's software to report.

as the first guest in this thread my problem was when I had several different encore pro identities - yes I guess I am mulitple - and had the wrong one picked in my encore and my encore wouldn't allow me to change it or change the dates to reflect the dates I wanted to see information about - I had to shut down my encore, restart it, make sure I changed to the right "alter" and then get the dates right and it worked

Yes, it's my data on the other charts, and has my name on this chart. Just no data on this one particular chart. Any other thoughts?

Linda,

Sorry to ask the "obvious".......but, is the pressure data showing in your Encore Pro reports?

Den - it's perfectly okay to ask the obvious. Sometimes it's the little things that get overlooked.

Yes, Encore Pro shows the daily pressures for each day - that's the 90% thing, right?

All my other reports in My Encore have data, it's just the one specific report that is without data. Its titled "Daily Pressures Report".

I think I know what it is, but don't know how to fix it.

The chart that I'm talking about is titled "Daily Pressures" on the preferences page. The chart itself says "APAP/CPAP Pressures" on it. It has no data. BUT - on the left side of the chart, where it says "Pressure in cm H20" is too low. The pressures start at 0.0 and goes up to 1.2 Obviously, that is not going to show my pressures of 5 to 10 cm h20. How do I change the page to show higher pressure numbers on the left side of the page?

(I know it probably is obvious, but I'm willing to look like an idiot at this point). lol.

Linda,

When you first start up MyEncore, there's a section in the upper right-hand corner that says "Pressure-based Plot Preferences". Does yours say 4 for Minimum and 20 for Maximum? If not, those numbers can be changed.
I'm stabbing in the dark here, because I don't have an "auto".......

The minimum says 5 and the max is 10. And I can't find any way to change the pressures on the chart either.

Keep stabbing please. We will stumbled across it somewhere.

you click on the little bars to the right of the numbers - the top one raises the number, the bottom one lowers it - then save preference -------- try this and see

I've clicked on those little lines, and clicked and drug those little lines. They end up looking like I'm cropping a picture. I can get the pressure up to 1.199 and that's all. When I try to do more, all the numbers and words disappear from the chart.

I'm ready to drag myself in front of a fast moving car. I feel so stupid.

this is done on the preferences page not the actual graph

I don't have an auto - have a pro 2 - changed my numbers that way, saved preferences and it save the changes that the graphs that have pressures on them show my new range - I am using my encore 1.4 and encore pro 1.4 (if that matters don't know)

same original guest on this thread and post above this was mine too

Yes, the preferences page says min is 5, and max is 10. On the charts, it doesn't go above 2. I know I need to get it up to 5 and above, but can't figure out how to do it.
