My Encore

I'm using a Remstar Auto since about two years

The first six weeks it worked as a miracle!
After that the magic was over. I was quite tired again in the daytime.

I live in Holland and it was quite a job to find out that I could buy Encore Pro to see what the machine is doing.
Today the software was delivered and I installed it on my computer.
I upgraded it to the newest version and installed MyEncore, because I read about the wonderful presentations it makes.

When I try to startup MyEncore the program tells me that there is a serious problem because of: Invalid column name 'UnitModelId'
MyEncore gives me the possibility to proceed and shows that my data are present but reading and displaying of the data is impossible: the program crashes!

Anyone who knows the cause and/or solution for this problem?

What version of Encore Pro are you using? It sounds to me like you are using Ver. 1.5. If you have upgraded to Ver 1.5 you will have to use the latest beta version of Myencore downloaded from

MyEncore for Encore Pro 1.5
