One last Encore Pro Question

I've read the many posts on installing and using the Encore Pro SW and Reader Drivers and some problems folks have run into. Both CollegeGirl and Derek posted great step by step instructions. Just one question....Both say to install Encore Pro and Drivers from the 2 CDs but no mention as to the sequence. Is there a specific sequence? Should I install the Reader driver before the Encore SW or visa versa or doesn't make a any difference?

Art,

I thought they DID cover the sequence.
However, do NOT plug in the reader or install the reader drivers before you install the Encore Pro software and the drivers for the reader.

(I'm assuming you're using XP)
Do the install of the Encore Pro software from that CD
Then (if you purchased the Respironics version) there will be a separate CD that has the driivers for the reader on it.....run the setup program from that CD.
Then do a re-boot of your computer.
THEN, plug in the reader and let it discover the reader and then it should complete the install.
