I feel ashamed being in here with only my peeps.

But Lori, that was terrific. They should keep it stuck at the top so you can add to it when there are more. Wonderful! Watch for that tbone character though, he keeps changing his!

That was fun, Lori.

Seriously, it didn't take that long to do. I told you, I type at the speed of light and am usually pretty good on the computer with most tasks. Maybe 15-20 mins. I did want to go to bed, but I have trouble turning down a challenge; and Amy presented me with one. I can get into trouble with that attitude, I know.

I don't know if I can add to it anymore since it was done in html and to copy and paste it now may not work. I should have done it on the computer first, saved it and then pasted it into a thread. I did save up to Ramblinman because my computer, for some weird reason, was acting up and I didn't want to lose all that I had done already. So worst would be, I would have to redo some of it to add it it. No biggie. Now, if people like LDuyer would finally give us a REAL photo, I would be glad to do it again to add her in (that's a challenge to her now...).

I hope this helps, MS. AMY...please don't challenge me any more, especially before bedtime. Good news was, I slept for the first time in months, now that I'm on the melatonin, from 11:30 to 5:30 in the AM!!! I haven't slept six hours straight in months. So my doctor is, as usual, pretty good with her diagnosis causing my inability to stay asleep. Thinking about why she said I might need melatonin is not so great: As we age, our bodies can produce less of the hormone. But if it's working, I'll take it. Two nights in a row of improving sleep each night? I'll take it.

UPDATE FROM ABOVE:
Since writing the top part of this post, I have re-edited the impartial list I had made to include all the IMG links and names to be able to add - and delete (bogus photos, such as actors' photos and comic strip pictures) - in the future. So please feel free to add to the Avatar thread that has been ongoing and I will update this thread every week or so accordingly.

Lori, knowing your age you are almost certainly perimenopausal if not even further along. From what my wife tells me (very similar age) the hormonal changes at this age cause sleep disturbances occasoinally that melatonin does help. However this should settle down in a few years then start the gradual decrease of melatonin production.

I don't know if this helps or not, but from what Willemina said it is normal.

I just got around to reading this thread. Really nice work!!!!
I am really glad that you are sleeping better, whatever it takes.
Being tired all the time isn't very much fun.
I have also noticed lately that "projects" drive me nuts. I want to start them and finish them and start another and before I know it I have three or four things going on and not enough time in the day to do as much as I want.
Ain't it great!!
WooHoo! Life is good.
I get a little cocky when I am "NO LONGER TIRED"

Bill,

Thank your wife for the information. I did have my hormones tested when I was so exhausted back in May, when first they thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome or maybe it was a sign of perimenopause. They told me I was very far from perimenopause according to my hormone level. And it turned out to be OSA and not CFS, either. But I know things can change with that in a NY minute, so maybe by now I am starting that lovely process. So far, no indication that it's happening yet. But I appreciate her input very much.

Peg,

Every time I read one of your posts, I have to smile. You are so positive and bubbly, it's a beautiful thing. Keep it up, please!

Somehow I don't think this is you...although I love this photo and I use it on the backs of cards I make. I got that email a long time ago and have always saved a photo of the little cat in the lime helmet.

But Snore no More's isnt "real" either! And Tomjax is shady too! And are you so sure this isn't really me? I was having quite a bad hair day when this was taken....
No seriously, if you are only using "real photos" I understand. You guys most definitely do NOT want to see me!
