Wa there any issues with the bottom strap? Some of the photos for the mask show the bottom strap very close to the ear.

hi, johnny. Thanks for the inquiry.

I haven't downloaded the data for nights 3 and 4, but from a subjective point of view, night #3 kind of sucked. I tossed and turned a bit, the mask leaked enough to bother me a bit, I was feeling cranky and, in general, I didn't feel like I got a good night's sleep. Night #4 (last night) was totally the opposite. I went to sleep very easily and was up once for a bathroom break. Slept really well for almost 8 hours with no mask problems whatsoever. I'll probably download data later today for a more accurate update.

One thing I've noticed the last two nights is that if I keep my head tilted just a teeny bit back, the air from the DreamFit seems to go straight into lungs and there is no problem with leaks from my mouth! It's not a big adjustment by any means and is comfortable. Coming from using the UltraMirage FF mask, it's a major relief to know I'm not leaking through my mouth or mouth breathing! As for the lower strap, it fits just right under my ears and is very comfortable. I still have the air hose hanging loose....ok, actually it is looped over my bed headboard per rested gal's advice...and that doesn't seem to be any problem.

Someone questioned a couple of days ago about the difference between the DreamFit and one of the other masks. I think the major difference is the size of the nasal interface. It's downright tiny! Maybe 1.5-2 inches top to bottom and left to right in a triangular shape. All I know is, so far, it's a great interface, at least for me for the first 4 nights.

More later. This therapy WORKS!!!
