I have a resp. remstar auto cpap. I need to know what polarity it is, so I can hook the m adapter right...

The center post is positive...

It only goes 1 way. Unless you have the NEW Improved Made In CHINA version without the index pin . ...... Whats that smell ? What smell ? Smells like burning plastic.... Oh no not my new Respironics auto. Or....you go to bed and the cpap sucks the air outta you..

To the best of my knowledge, I bought the adapters and put them in so the outlet went in with the loop around the switch plate cover screw which then grounded it. But, I'm not sure that's what you are asking.
