Hello, I am a cpap user for the past 4+ years.
I use CPAP-PRO (aka NoMask) and it time once again to purchase replacement parts.
Which brings up my main question:
Are there alternative (cheaper) sources for replacement parts of the CPAP-PRO, or are there other similar "NoMask" products that I can check out?
I find myself asking these questions, because:
1) When I call the CPAP Pro people for replacement parts, the sales person is almost always uninterested in the transaction, and I feel like I am begging them to take a lot of my money in return for small plastic parts. The entire process makes me sick at my stomach, especially after spending a lot of money and feeling like I just wasted someone's time. Knowing that I will eventually have to call again in 3 to 6 months doesn't help. On several occasions, the sales person responsible for replacement parts was out of the office, and I had to call back the next day.
2) The price of the CPAP Pro and its replacement parts are outrageous for the product that you receive. I'm not against someone making a profit, or even making a killing profit, but to charge $180+ (+$15 UPS ground shipping charge) for plastic parts that only cost a couple dollars each to manufacture leaves me with a feeling that I am burning money and a complete lack of value.
I'll end up buying more parts later today, but it would be stupid of me not to look for other NoMask solutions.
thanks for any suggestions.
