Hi all. I so much enjoy reading all your posts sharing your helpful experiences. I'm getting on board with the autopap program and have heard that nasal pillows may not work correctly with the autopap units. Any experiences with this?
Also, what is your favorite autopap....Remstar Pro Auto or the PB420E?

I use the swift nasal pillow with my PB420E on autopap ad have had no problems. I check my software daily and it records my events, leaks, etc. So I see no problem with it.
Use the mask that you find most comfy, it's all in the mask for compliance I think.
IMHO of course.

I use a ResMed Spirit with the Breeze. I have excellent results. The numbers are ok, and more importantly, I feel great after getting a good night of rest.
I really like my Spirit, but haven't used the others to compare. I am considering buying a PB420 for a second machine to travel with me. I travel quite a bit and my ResMed machine is big and heavy.
