Can you combine Encore data base from two computers

Despite the excellent instruction found on this board on how to install the Encore software, I failed to change the setting to NOT erase the card after download.

Now I have a number of months data on my computer at work - where it should not be, and only a couple of days on my home computer - where everything should be.

Can I combine the downloaded data from one to the other.

Stinson, you can use the "Export Patient" function on your work computer which exports that data to an xml file. Save it on a removable disk or email it to your home computer. You can then use the Import Encore File function on your home computer to view that data on your home pc in Encore. Unfortunately I have not found a way to combine seperate encore files into a single one, a sad limitation. I had a similar problem when first using encore until someone on here told me about the buried function you can run to prevent encore from automatically erasing your card after each download.

The application is really setup for a la technician to download your card data once a month. In that case it probably makes sense to automatically erase the card after each download.
