Help, please: Installing USB Smartcard Reader for Encore Pro

I'm having trouble installing the USB smartcard reader that came with Encore Pro... where is the driver software? Should the reader have come with a driver CD?

My card reader came with a CD with the driver. Send an email or call Respironics, they responded quickly to a couple questions I had when using it.

Install setup program is on the Encore Pro CD under the Smart Card Readers directory. Make sure you install the reader software before you plug in the USB card reader. Let me know if you have any other problems and maybe I can help.

There should be 2 cd's. That is how mine came.

Sorry I've been gone for so long...

Somehow the smartcard reader's driver CD was missing from my package. It came last week, I installed it, and things are working.
