Can someone help me understand this? I just got my A/flex machine and several of you explained how to "reset" the number values so I can get each nights numbers. Last night I see my AHI number was 2.7. My understanding of that is that if it is below 5 you are good right? Now my mask leak was 35 and from looking at the chart that was pointed out to another member with all the mask leak values in relationship to the pressure settings, was 35 and that is somewhat high. I had an average pressure last night of 10.5. My mask is a comfort-gel. What I don't understand is with the high leak rate and the 2.7 AHI, does that leak rate make a big difference?
I could undersand this bette if my AHI was higher, but as I understand it, it is not..

Your AHI is definitely in the good range--under 5 is "normal." The mask exhaust (normal, necessary "leak") is included in the leak rate report, so that should be okay, too.

Your best bet would be to get the software and reader for it, it makes getting the data easier and in a more useful form. Jim
