Good news about Missing Data on Respironics M

Post by BrianT » Tue Jan 08, 2008 6:57 pm

After waiting for 20 minutes to talk to a "technical specialist for Encore Software" I was informed that there are "no known issues with missing data" related to the "M" series C-PAP and Bi-PAP machines.
I was also told that as a consumer I am supposed to get "support" from my DME!
If you call any of the online dealers (like the sponsor of this forum) they politely tell you that the Encore Viewer Software that they sell is only supported by Respironics, and Respironics tells you to talk to the people that sold the software. In other words, the software is not supported by anyone.
I'm glad I've gotten to the bottom of this I feel much better now knowing that there simply is no problem.
Brian

And we're supposed to believe Respironics (w/their vested interest) and the DME's???

Yeah sure. Uh huh. Yep. I've got a bridge in Arizona ....
