Anybody else ordered an Aussie heated hose

Post by JeffH » Wed Dec 05, 2007 4:20 pm

and has it taken longer than they said it would?

I ordered one on the 17th of November, got an e-mail on the 21th saying they have shipped it, but as of today, 12/5/07, it still hasn't arrived.

Anybody else take this long?

Thanks

JeffH

Jeff,

I ordered mine on Nov 22 and received it yesterday. They do state specifically in one of the emails that any delay is likely in American customs and shipping. It also eventually arrives with the mail, so that oughtta tell you something.

Hi JeffH, I ordered one and it seemed like it took about 2 to 3 weeks to get it The sad thing is , is I only got to use it for 2 nights before my surgery 16 days ago and haven't got to use it or my CPAP machine yet and the worst park of it is i'm not supposed to use it for another 3 & 1/2 weeks, CAN I LIVE THAT LONG ?? I am soo tired and fatigued, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO with myself I'm acting like a ball-bag, sorry

Still no Aussie hose. Still no response to three e-mails. I'm starting to get a little agitated.

Hi Jeff,

I can understand why you're anxious ... but I'd give it another week. In my experience it seemed like they responded when they felt they needed to. They're not quite the same as American companies so I'd wait until about 12/17 or later (don't forget we're in USPS Chiristmas rush time) before emailing them again.... just a suggestion

Since the hold-up is most likely US customs or USPS, emailing them won't speed things up -- they have no control over that!

Jeff,

You're lucky! I live in a small town and the local post office insisted that I had to pay them $15.++ before they would let me have the package!

I'm still waiting for mine. Think they said it should come by today.

Does anyone know what service the tracking number they sent might correspond with? I tried australian post and the major shipping companies to no avail.
