But could some of you take a look and let me know if you see anything? I'm still at a little bit of a loss as to what I'm looking at.

Your recent AHI is pretty good averaging 1.1 after you switched over to CPAP mode compared to 2.2 previously in APAP mode.
Your leaks also seem to be ok although you do have the occasional night where you may be dislodging your Swift mask.
Overall ... looks like your doing pretty good IMO. How are you feeling?
Keep at it.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
It looks good to me! You do have to keep those leaks under control. The leaks aren't the worst but they could be better, and I think that would make a big difference. I'm sure alot of xpap users would love to have such great numbers!

I post all this because I don't really feel much better. It looked to me like all the data points to me feeling better but subjectively I'm still tired all the time.
I think I am starting to feel like I have a little more energy but that hasn't translated to being less tired.
I actually find the swift comfortable but I was thinking of trying something like the hybrid. I've been taping my mouth lately and I'd rather not have to do that forever.

First of all, I would not leave my name on the report.
Are you waking up during the night. If yes, this may be preventing you from going into a deep sleep. Which would leave you tired and not feeling rested.
I sometimes get low numbers like you, but still waking up during the night. Which still leaves me tired. Like Dreamstalker said, it seems you did just a bit better on straight CPAP, but not by much.
I did not like the swift. I adjusted it all night. I like the Nasal Aire II much better. For some reason I sleep better with the Hybrid. I am not sure why. I will be posting this in a topic.

sybert1ger,
I also would love to be sleeping without waking up. This for me seems to be the hardest challenge, and I think causing the most fatigue.
I wish you the best in your treatment challenge.

I think I am going to look into trying some other masks.

Can I assume that you chose to go to straight CPAP at 9cm, because that is what previous Encore reports showed gave you the lowest AHI?
If so, I'd experiment with straight pressures near 9cm. My initial Encore reports from letting the machine auto range pointed at 9cm, but it turns out that 8cm is better for me in every way (data and subjective impression). For a more complete discussion of how Encore reports can point at the "wrong" pressure, see the recent thread entitled something like "Possibly misinterpreting Encore Reports."
In any event, you're certainly not far off from getting the best out of your CPAP therapy, but good sleep is dependent on a lot more than just good breathing, and you might still be feeling unwell for reasons not directly related to sleep. Good luck finding your solutions.
