Quick hybrid question

I ordered a hybrid from cpap.com. It came with black headgear. I spefically asked to make sure it came with the new headgear because I read about it on the forum.

I thought the new headgear is gray? I just want to be sure I got the wrong thing before I contact them about it.

Doesn't the Hybrid box come wrapped. Mine did. I don't know if they could've seen what headgear it came with. Anyway, they just sent me a replacement mask and it came with the old black headgear, but they included the grey stuff on the outside of the box. But I digress. Call em, they'll help you. They have some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with.

You definitely got the OLD headgear. Call Teleflex. They will send you new headgear for free. I just got a full mask replacement from them and they warned me that it would have the old headgear because they have a lot of stock with the old. They really have great customer service, but one has to question why they wouldn't go through and replace the headgear in all their existing stock, especially considering how bad it was compared to the new. I guess that is business... just not sure it is good business.

I called cpap.com before I saw the teleflex note. THey are sending out a new one for free. Thanks guys.

I think thats why Teleflex is so good about giving it away (the manufacturer was doing it first) because some people get the new headgear and some get the old.
