Surely Santa uses CPAP (Humor)

Post by kteague » Thu Dec 07, 2006 12:36 pm

The evidence weighs heavily that Santa might be a good possibility for a CPAP spokesperson. Seems to me he could be a secret celebrity CPAP user. In spite of his considerable girth...

*he finds the energy to deal with crowds of often tired and fussy kids,
*his consistently jolly demeanor has not given way to irritability,
*he gets the names of all his reindeers right the first time,
*his ever ruddy complexion look suspiciously like a dermatologic mask reaction,
*he's never late or misses work,
*he's able to get all his assigned duties done on his shift, so he must not be falling asleep on the job, and
*his memory is phenomenal - I doubt he ever looks around a rooftop and wonders if he's landing or leaving.

Got any more?

Kathy

But, Kathy......

He has all year to rest up for one night's work. (and could fake the jolly demeanor temporarily)
He has elves to do most of the work.....and department store Santas filling in.
We don't know if he even shows up for work the other 364 days.
AND.....he makes a list....and checks it twice.....(doesn't count on his memory).

Other than that........he does pretty good.

Santa and CPAP

Den - Looks like he's still working the kinks out of his treatment! Or maybe he just SHOULD be on cpap.

My sleep lab has one of those animated, snoring Santa's in the waiting room, to which they added a Simplicity mask

LOL...all of you! Funny stuff.

Kathy, I think you're right about Santa being a cpap user.

Telltale sign: the propensity for "laying his finger aside of his nose."

Obviously a habit formed by many a night of sleepily raising a hand to push a leaky mask back into place.

Up the chimney he rose!

That was the first time his pressure hit 20!

Kathy and Den Way to funny.
Great comments and insights from the both of you.

Catnapper LOL at the pressure of 20 hitting the roof.

SnorDog who is that poor child. Put a damper on the laughing.

more Santa

Here is something else that makes you think Santa might be a papper - remember that song...

He knows if you are sleeping, he knows if you're awake....

Obviously he has some concerns about sleep. Then as he flies out of sight, he exclaims...

"...And to all a good night!"

Why, he probably is a member of this forum. Don't we all wish that for our members?

He even uses stockings. I bet Rested Gal hangs a pair of tights on her mantle!

No doubt about it. He's a papper.
