Any fix for "missing" data in MyEncore? w/Encore p
I have recently gotten an Respironics Remstar Auto M Series w/C-fles. I also upgraded to Encore Pro 1.6.
I am having the same problem others are reporting with "missing" data in the charts.
Any word on a fix for this?
These are the charts with missing data:
APAP/CPAP Pressures (Blank with range of 0-1.2)
Daily Leak (Blank with range of 0-1.2)
Variable Breathing (says "No data available")
Seconds in Apnea (says "No data available")
Av Apnea duration (says "No data available")
I get a apnea count, but no time. I exported my Encore pro data to MS Access and the data is there, so it seems to be a problem with how MyEncore manages the data.
I searched atround before posting, but not finding anything helpful.

Nope no fix for this that I am aware of. I PMed the author sometime ago but he didn't respond. He may not be checking his messages on this forum. If anyone knows how to contact him please let me know.WilsonVilleUSA wrote: Any word on a fix for this?

WilsonVilleUSA, thanks for starting this topic.
I kept thinking I did something wrong.
I noticed that we are all using the an M series machine.
DailyPressures
Daily Leak
Variable Breathing (says "No data available")
Seconds in Apnea (says "No data available")
Av Apnea duration (says "No data available")
I will keep searching maybe there was a correction somewhere.

I can do this, I will do this.

I've made an interesting discovery. I've been trialling a REMStar Auto the last few nights and to my surprise most of the missing charts in MyEncore have now started showing up.
So it appears that MyEncore works with an REMstar Auto but not the REMstar M Series Pro. (at least for me)
Does anyone not have it work with an Auto or having it working with a Pro? (to disprove my theory)

The missing data problem is related to the M Series. If you've got the older Remstar Auto, you wouldn't experience the problem.

They're not "ugly"......you can't see them in the dark when your eyes are closed.... (like some other circumstances I can think of)Goofproof wrote:With the older, heaver, ugly, Remstars, all that extra weight hold the data in. Jim
Yet another reason to hang onto some older technology.....you can read the data from them. Kinda like MS-DOS.....maybe not as glamorous as Windows, but was easier to see the data and reload if necessary.
