Trouble with Hybrid

I keep telling everyone how much I love my hybrid, and I did. Then it started leaking at the swivel by the hose. Called Innomed and they sent a replacement. I returned my leaky one the same day. Well...the new one they sent is terrible! It leaks badly right where it hits the area over the upper lip. The only way to stop the leaking is to make it so tight that the marks on my face last all day. I have e-mailed and called innomed. They are trying to help. This new mask is NOT like the old one. I've even asked them to send my old one back! At least I could tape the swivel! If the new mask they sent me is what they are now selling I won't be able to use it anymore. Needless to say I'm quite upset about this. I don't yet have a backup mask. I feel like I have to start all over again.

WOW! How frustrating for you! It is no fun to find something that works, and then to have it modified so that it no longer does its job.

However, there are so many who have decided that they do not like their Hybrids that maybe they would sell them to you....

Just a thought--maybe they have already sold them to others.

I can't afford to buy alot of masks. I did buy a used comfort curve to try but I don't have it yet. I dread the thought of going to bed tonight!
