MyEncore missing charts

Post by jskinner » Tue Sep 26, 2006 10:19 am

I've just started using MyEncore version 1.5B7.

Some of the charts have no data in them. For example I have empty charts for Daily Pressures, Dialy Leaks, FLI vs Pressure, Daily FLI, Var Breating, Secs in Apnea, Av Apnea Duration.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Unfortunately, you've got to purchase the new version, 1.6, of Encore Pro for use with the new M Series. Even then, you'll find some incompatibilities with My Encore - i.e., some of the reports won't contain data.

I'm having the same problem. I believe it is a problem with MyEncore, but don't know for sure. I know that I can look at average time spent in OA in EncorePro - so it must record the data. I'm hoping that there is a new version of MyEncore in the works because it looks like it could be a great program for filling in the missing holes in EncorePro. Unfortunately the data that is missing is the same data that would fill in the holes - like the more detailed breakdown of time spent in OA. For now I just use EncorePro and keep my fingers crossed. If you do happen to come across a fix, a PM or post would sure be appreciated. --- BT

Must be an issue with the M equipment... I'm using the old auto and the new software without any problems.
