Could someone help me access my sleep data that has been retrieved from the smart card?
I seem to have gotten over the common installation problems with the card reader drivers (Thanks to all of the Q&A here!) And now, when I finally am able to download from the smartcard, it seems that all I can view is compliance data! I want to see all of the other info! Please, help me! What am I doing wrong here?

inacpapfog, WHICH Resmed S8 do you have? Some of them only provide compliance data.
We can go from there.

inacpapfog,
Assuming no major changes in the latest version:
Double click the download date
the box that opens has 2 parts
Left side - Type of Report check Full Details
Right side - Specify Date Range - Check your preference
Should provide all the data, I HOPE.

Hi inacpapfog - Sounds like you've downloaded the data, so EncorePro should be up and running. You should see a window in the EncorePro program with menu functions on the left in blue, a patient compliance chart in the middle on the top, an interaction list in the middle below the compliance chart, and reminders on the right. The interaction list is 'clickable' - that is highlight the date of data you downloaded (it should turn the row light blue), and double-click on the row. A report options window will appear where you can select the type of report. Choose the button for 'Full Details', and you're data will appear in another window.inacpapfog wrote:Wolftracker, I am not sure where I should be clicking?
When you say "click on the download date" I tried to click on the dates that were listed on the left side under "Patient Compliance" No results at all!
Sorry to be so needy here! Any further help would be greatly appreciated!
The program seems to be designed to look at several days of data. If you download data each night, then each night's data is separate in the interaction list, and you can't look at averages across different nights in the list. If you download your data once every week, then you can look at the averages for that week's download as well as individual nights. You can overcome this limitation by using Derek's MyEncore program.
Best,

When you click on the "Sleep Therapy Compliance Download" link in the "Interaction List", it should bring up a window. On the left side of this window select "Full Details" and you should get what you are looking for.

Here's what I'm seeing on the left side when I open Encore pro
Common Tasks
Add New Patient
Import New Patient
SmartCard Utilities
I click on my name that is listed in the middle white column
This brings up "patient homepage" It is there pn the left that i see the section called "Interactions" Under this heading there is "Download Data, Input FQSQ Test, Record Medical History, Record Medical Contact, Create Prescription, and Phoned-In Compliance"
The middle white column show my compliance dates, but I am not able to click on the dates to go any further.
I must be in the wrong screen?
Common gang, don't give up on me yet!
