Has anyone been able to get a hybrid from Apria?

Post by bdp522 » Thu Jul 13, 2006 8:49 pm

Apria is supposed to be getting me a hybrid mask. They said they have to get approval from the main office and that it takes a month. Then they have to order it because it's something they don't stock. Has anyone who deals with apria been able to get this mask from them?

I called two days ago prepared for "battle"-and got a pleasant voice who replied "oh we can get that for you". It is for a mask replacement due in August so I won't know if they can get one quickly or not. Figured I'd give them time in case there were supply problems as I already knew they didn't stock them.
