I would say that Paddy is a celebrity entry. Lucky his OSA was diagnosed so early!

We need a new category for scariest celebrity for Jason! Very scary.

The boys earned the $5. Good job, boys. I bet they wouldn't admit they really liked doing it.

You too, Mary.

Funny (?) Mask

Post by birdshell » Wed Mar 21, 2007 9:23 pm

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ENTRY IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A CONTEST PLACEMENT.

Below, please find the ULTIMATE pantyhose strap. This little invention is an actual improvement over that of Rested Gal Laura, as that sweet little mask doesn't MOVE! NOPE! NOT AT ALL!

Image

Interest in this product has been expressed for use as an 'official' accessory to the Twilight NP, and marketing discussion has given this the working title of:

AURA

The working title was chosen due to the surround of the pantyhose fabric, and the lovely glow given the outlook of the wearer. Further market research may cause a name change more in keeping with the blockage of light due to the dark color of the pantyhose fabric. Any further developments will be reported on the best forum on the Internet, http://www.xpaptalk.com.

This has the added benefit of being a deterrent to any night time burglars. Those who dare to enter a home, or bedroom, when confronted by this spectre may just have a case for dismissal of their case. Reason: the cruel and unusual punishment to which the perpetrators were exposed whilst performing the break-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Any resemblance between the photo above and the hedgehog avatar wearing the gas mask is purely coincidental and in no way reflects the attempts of birdshell to plagiarize a contest entry. Anyone wishing to use the photo above as an avatar may PM birdshell, but...WHO would?

the aura

Post by Catnapper » Thu Mar 22, 2007 5:44 am

Great one, birdshell!

How about calling it the "aura borealis" for the lovely glow you mentioned? It could come in various colors, too, even a shimmery version.

The same style but in fishnets could be entered in the sexy or kinky categories of the contest, too!

my last mask

Post by Catnapper » Thu Mar 22, 2007 7:15 pm

(Apologies in advance to the pur-SleepGuy, whose product I use and enjoy. Hope you can take a joke, as is my intention. Remember about imitation and flattery.)

You often read where people complain about the loudness of the xpap machine, the whistles, squeaks and squeals of the mask leaks, and the burps and farts of aerophagia. Julie Andrews was right – the pillows are alive with the sound of cpap.
Soon cpaptalk will have a new member, an OSA sufferer called SoundGal, who has developed a new and exciting addition to the cpap therapy – Sound Therapy. Members who have posted about their difficulties with the sound of cpap may receive a PM offer of the opportunity for a free trial with the only obligation being a positive evaluation of the product. Members will begin posting their glowing reviews of Sound Therapy. SoundGal will post frequently in reply, and in each post there will be a bit of infomercial citing a scientific study showing the benefits of listening to special sounds as you sleep with cpap. She will drop tempting hints of new and tantalizing sounds soon to come with her product. Her tag line will include a link to her website http://www.SoundSleep.com.
Johnny Goodman will immediately include this new addition to the https://www.cpap.com line of cpap comfort accessories.
Before long there will be another category in the cpaptalk member profile so you can list your machine, mask, humidifier and software, and now –
your COMFORT-THERAPY!

Oh my Joanie! You have truly outdone yourself on this one!

You should start a new product line called CpapAroundTheWorld and feature something distinct from each country! I'll lend you my young Paddy for the Ireland installment of the series!

Way to go!

Mary
