Dunno if this would help...but you can buy or make things to go inbetween the mask and your face. one place is Pad-a-cheek http://www.padacheek.com. My husband had some irritation of the nostrils for a little while when starting the nasal pillow. I will be starting them tonight so will see how it goes. Hope you can find something to help!
