Last night I was able to download all my data to the Zeo website. Prior to this they weren't accepting my password.

Jay, they've closed the submission site again. Maybe they will bring it up again soon?

That's only 2.6.3O, which doesn't sent the real-time data over the serial port.
I haven't found a public source for 2.6.3R.

I couldn't get anything from the other link, but this one is identical to the copy I downloaded from Zeo's web site.
The MD5 of the original is 24792975d83d32fda5def7452ead4f24.

Thanks, SL. I think this is the direct link to that copy of the firmware (v2.6.3R)
http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8519 ... 3R-zeo.img which will decrypt the Zeo data for both real time and data decoder viewer use.

First of all,
thank you, every one for all the help.
https://sites.google.com/site/babykoala ... ng/project I was unable to decompress these ZIP files, windows suggests that they are damaged.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85192141/firmwa ... 3R-zeo.img I was able to get a legit looking image from this link, but for some reason Zeo does not recognize it.
The firmware update process seems simple enough as noted here
http://zeorawdata.sourceforge.net/starting.html but i get a "no/ZEO/ZEO.IMG FILE LOAD NEW FILE" message.
https://forum.quantifiedself.com/member ... n=register I can visit these forums, but for some reason, i cant register, to access the files. I get some kind of error message about the captcha.
Maybe I'm missing something, can anyone verify a successful firmware update with this file
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85192141/firmwa ... 3R-zeo.img ?

The babykoala ones seem to be unavailable.
The original was a .zip file with a "zeo.img" file inside. So I'm betting you have to rename the file to "zeo.img" on your SD card before updating.
That .img file is identical to the original zeo.img file I got from the official web site (and used successfully).

Cubase, review the steps in the first post of this thread. You must extract the files to get "zeo.img" file. Then you must put the image file in the "Zeo" folder on the SD card - explore the card to see it. My experience was that just placing the .img file on the card, not in the folder, would not work.
When you explore the card, you should see a Zeo Folder with the ZeoSleep.Dat file inside. Put the new firmware (extracted zeo.img file) in the Zeo folder with the .dat file. You do not have to rename the extracted zeo.img file.

Doesn't this viewer do a lot of the things you mentioned in the other thread?
