Odd Rescan event
Odd Rescan event
My last night graph is reporting two apneas at exact same time.
Is it possible?

Re: Odd Rescan event
Did you zoom in and look at the events in the FLOW graph?
Can you post a screen shot?

Re: Odd Rescan event
If you set the View to 30 sec you might see that the two events are separated

If you don't have the flow graph, watch the ResScan tutorial linked in my signature.

sorry Liz. S8 smartcard don't gather flow data.
I have watched the Rescan Tutorial and don't why it can help me in this particular case.

Re: Odd Rescan event
Sorry Derek, I didn't notice you have an S8. I don't know how those would overlap like that. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens a lot. Strange though.

My guess is that the two events are separated by maybe one or two inhales at most. Or maybe the two events are really one event with a partial inhale in the middle that confused the machine. And by partial inhale I mean you body made a small amount of progress in opening up the airway, but not much. In other words, if your machine recorded the wave flow the apnea could have a small inhale bump in the middle that's not large enough (or long enough) to be a real inhalation, but was just barely big enough to make the machine score two apneas instead of one.
