I have the 640, but I think they should be the same as far as getting to the clinician menu. Try holding down the ramp button and the > button at the same time for 2 or 3 seconds. You should here the machine whine down a little and then ramp back up quickly, as the machine realizes it's not ramp mode you want. The data in the lcd window should start flashing, carefully keep pushing the > button until you see the pressure number, it should still be flashing. You can push the up or down buttons to adjust the pressure. After that, keep pushing the > button to completely scroll through the rest of the clinician adjustable data fields and then the screen should no longer have any flashing data. Then it should be out of set up mode and back into user mode. I've adjusted my pressure from 11 to 13 and damn it made a big difference. I think it;s becuase the quattro ff mask I use now has a much higher exhaust rate than the OPUS 360 I started out with. My doc wouldn't change the pressure, kept it at 11, as he didn't believe what I was telling him about the higher exhaust rate was of any significance. Hope this helps!
