does it blow air before it beeps and displays that E-15 error?

Wulfman has the error codes for that error, most are usually fatal.

For the REMstar Plus w/C-Flex, the Service Manual says:

Error Code:
E-15

Problem:
Rotor Locked - The motor could not be started

Corrective Action:
Check Wiring
Replace Blower Assembly
If error persists, replace Main PCA

Sounds like your blower motor is blown. Don't think a reset will help. Depending on age you might be in the market for a new model.

No the blower does not start just a series of numbers and ends in lights blinking and beeper sounds and finally E-15
