I have the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset for Her Elite CPAP machine and I am trying to read the SD card and can not find where to go. I have a card in my paper work that says to go to MyAir...when I go to that site it is all in Spanish. Does anyone know where I can go to read the results of my SD Card?

At the top right of the page MyAir there's a box to select the language. Use the down arrow to display choices.

For software that can be installed on your computer to read the card, follow the links below.

You can get SleepyHead by following this link to TNET Sleep Apnea Information.
SleepyHead is recommended and preferred by most forum members

Andres, you can get ResScan by going to the ApneaBoard website. First, you need to register with ApneaBoard and follow their instructions and a link will be sent to you by email.

When I applied I received this as an email:

The ResScan 5.6 software link is below. It is a huge zip file, about 121.8 Megabytes. After downloading the file, you will need to extract it from the compressed (zipped) file, then double-click on the setup.exe file to begin the installation.

Link to download:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

PLEASE be sure NOT to post this link on any public forums, or give out my email address, because ResMed may then take the links completely down.

Anybody have newest version of resscan? Need to be able to help a friend with a resmed. I have a Respironics and use Encore software.
Thanks ... the links worked. Apologies to all for not reading the 62 pages from my cell phone.

It always amazes me (and irks me too) that a person, who stumbles across a thread in a forum that is 62 pages long, that they don't even bother to look to see if maybe somebody in those 62 pages gave instructions on where to go to get what they were looking for. "OMG 62 pages I wonder if the answer is in here already"
The other thing that irritates me is the unregistered posters who say "send me so and so" and there's no where to even send a note......saying read the damn thread.

I'm getting to where I just ignore unregistered posters for the most part. many are dropping provocative turds to rile the members, and for those that aren't, if they don't care enough to bother to create an account, *like you have to do on pretty much every other forum on the net* then I don't care enough to respond to their babbling.

Yeah, me too unless they keep coming back and it looks like they are here to stay for help and not cause trouble.
Then I will take the time to explain registering and logging in, etc.

Take the time to read all the posts right above yours.
The answer has already been posted. I think 5 or 6 posts above yours...by Jay Aitchsee
