Post by Fubar2u » Thu May 03, 2007 1:46 pm

I want to keep my old machine current on my pressure. Building a manometer now and don't rember what I need to do to change the flow?
Thanks

Can help you there if I can just remember myself

This topic came up recently (in fact many times over the past year) so you could do a search on S6 pressure. A couple of us gave answers.

Else, I will refresh my memory when I get home tonight and can have a go.

I recall it being that you hold down two buttons & power on - IIRC the button on the far left & I think the one on the far right.

You can then cause pressure to go up or down by pressing two of the buttons (middle ?) - as you already realize, you need a manometer to check what you are setting it to.

S6 was a nice model for a basic machine - nice quiet blower

Good luck

Here is a pic of a similar machine. If I look at it a while, I should remember the change seq

As a 1st go.

Hold the stop & 20min ramp button & power the unit on
#2 if that fails, try the start & 20min ramp button & do power on.

(IIRC) A green (or orange?) light will come on in the stop button ?, release the two buttons then I think it is use the IL1 IL2 to raise/lower the pressure.

And the correct answer is ...

hold the start & 20 buttons down & power it on - both these buttons go green & the machine blows - then hold either IL1 or IL2 down to raise or lower the pressure. Use a mannometer to know what the setting is.

Good luck.
