My son uses a cpap Remstar auto w/cflex. My sister also has to use a cpap. She is using a Devilbliss Horizon B. L. She does not have a humidifier. I bought a backup machine that is new, at yahoo auctions. My son wanted my sister to see if she could use it because he is happy with his. Anyway, my sister took the Sleepstyle to her med. supply person to see if he could set it up for her. He did not know anything about the machine and could not adjust the air flow. It is set on 10 and my sister's has been using 17, I forgot what she said the exhale was set on. She does not know anything about cpap nor do I. Can anyone be of help to us? I tried reading the manual but when I tried holding the button down to adjust the airflow it would not change. The humidifier will adjust but not the airflow. Any info about the machine would be appreciated. If my sister should have a different machine, I would like to know that too. My sister does not have a computer so I am trying to be of help to her. She has had her old machine for 4 years and the med supply charged her a fortune. I found this site while I was looking to get a machine for my son. His insurance will not cover cpap. Thanks

I copied this from another post a while back in case I ever needed it. Sorry that I don't remember who the original poster was.
HC234 setting change
Here it goes... You enter programming mode by holding down the "RAMP" (top) button and the "Next" (Right arrow/bottom button) for three seconds. When you get into the pressure set mode you will first be able to set adjust altitude, which is indicated by a drawing of a mountain range on your screen. You can change or ignore this setting and then push the "NEXT" (Right arrow/bottom button) to advance to pressure setting which will be indicated by the characters "cm h20 " on the screen. Lastly, push that bottom button again to exit programming mode. I hope this helps!
Also, the F&P 234 is a straight CPAP machine so you can only set the inhale pressue. The exhale pressure can not be changed. Good luck.
