I do not have the clinical manual, thank you for the links!

My pressure is currently a range of 4-10. She said she set the EPR at its maximum, otherwise she didn't say anything about programming.

The last two nights I woke up to find the Icon at a pressure of 3 when 4 was the set minimum. Not really conducive to breathing...

if 4 is enough pressure for to breath ok, then that's fine, to get started with, if not, then you can bump it up a bit to what you feel is comfortable. the EPR is all just for your comfort, so set it to whatever you like
