I'm now starting to understand how humidity plays into this game. Not so hung up on having no congestion at bed time...
Down to 1-2 rinses and using much dryer (2.5 or 2.0 in ResMed speak) humidity levels to open up my nose at night. AHI's averaging 1 for last 7 days.
