I think it takes us newbies a bit of time before we realize that the one variable we focus on first is not the be-all variable. First we fixate on AHI. Then we may proceed to RERAs or Mask Leak management OR change mask brand/type and then to the next.
I am currently at RERA fixing after having tackled AHI successfully. RERAs are coming down, but suddenly leak rate has shot up. So thats the latest variable to fix.
I guess it will take at least a year before I achieve "zen" with this CPAP in my life.
I think the seasoned members here must be shaking their heads like a zen monk everytime we newbies post a new "victory".
