Best snoring device? & "Adams Apple" Snoring?

Im technically compliant on my 550p apap with fulllface mask. But no matter what i do I cannot stop the snoring. Ive ramped the
pressure up which causes more leaks. I even snore while sleeping on my stomach.

Anybody found relief? I have a walmart football mouthpiece that seems to bring my jaw forward.

BUT my snoring seems to come from down near my adams apple. Is this even possible? Im not really sure that its
my relaxing tongue that is causing this. I was told i have a narrow airway. Im also attempting to get to the correct
weight.

Has your doctor (or ENT) recently taken a look in the area? Might be the place to start.
