Fortunately I was, however I will recieve mine a little later since I am again moving halfway across the country on July 22nd for a new job.
Canada...I can't say anything nice, so I won't say anything at all.

Thank you for all of this information. I'm only 1 week into therapy and there is so much to learn. I'd never heard the term 'sleep inertia', but it definitely describes my mornings. Maybe time to kick the alarm to the curb.

Last post was a while ago, but for those who may not be tech savvy, smart phone apps that track sleep along with a wearable sleep tracker (like a watch) are great at addressing sleep inertia and wake times
