i ordered this product. Paid for the digital version and could not download it. I got a response from Marc MacDonald with some link that didn't work. I also got an email from Clickbank, the company outsourced as the customer service, etc. provider telling me they changed my request for a refund because Mr. macDonald responded to my email. I called my credit card company and am not paying for this. I don't know if this product is any good but the sheer hassle involved is just not worth dealing with. He should devote more resources in getting a competent provider and not make a paying customer jump through hoops. I will never deal with these people again and I will get a refund,

I read this thread AFTER I had already purchased Marc MacDonald's products (apneatreatmentcenter.com). Here's my story... about 4-5 weeks ago I found his site, and was cautiously optimistic. While I agree that some of this information is available for free elsewhere, I was impressed with his pulling it all together, the amount of free information and the organization of the material. I decided to buy the Singing for Sleep Apnea set (I'm a singer anyway). So I did, and received both the digital versions and the print versions, which I was very happy with. I'm using the exercises and my apnea is much improved, my sleep much better (no CPAP use at this time). My husband says my snoring is significantly diminished. All good.

Over the weekend just past I decided to order one more module from MacDonald. I read all the deals and decided to go with the Special Offer (two payments of $47) to get the Power Pack which is all the info he offers. So today I tried to download from the link. It failed. Though I got 3-4 emails from him, I realized they are form emails, not personal. He didn't respond to anything personally. Eventually the link worked and let me in but the page on which I logged in was filled with spammy stuff, including "mens' enhancement" and viagra mention. I was freaked. I went on in thinking that was a bug, and downloaded the PDFs BUT... a big BUT.. the videos that are supposed to go with this Power Pack? They all lead only to spammy pages like that one. I quickly got the PDFs which are for real, but ignored the video links and got out of there. I don't know if I will have any after effects, hopefully not. I'm going to cancel my credit card payment and report him to the BBB. Wanted you all to know. YES the information is helpful (to me at least) but it's all contaminated with crap for whatever reason... I don't know. He needs to be reported.
