Sent you a PM also but not with ResScan information. ResScan is for ResMed machines and won't work with your PR S1 960 machine.
You will have to use Respironics software and the only version that works with this model machine is Encore Pro's latest version.

Also after Resmed. Sleepyhead doesn't like hidpi and sometimes crashes, thanks!

Are you getting another machine? Your profile points to a Respironics machine and ResScan only works with ResMed machines.
If the only machine you have is the Respironics machine then ResScan will be totally useless.
