The Chiller Thriller-Directors cut

Post by freshair » Fri Feb 15, 2013 6:48 am

I have been nominated for this years oscar by pugsy for my "Lab Rat Chiller Creation"...I did have to make some changes, first thing was to remove copper coupling, it was causing major condensation problems as the humid air passed through couplers plus I had to use a 90 degree 3/4 " fitting to connect my life line [hose] too, if anyone knows about moonshining there a part of the process called a "Thumper"...This was the sound I was getting by the air when it hit the copper coupling causing it to make a " thumping" noise......easy remedy.....replace copper with PVC coupling and add a 90 degree PVC fitting...I may not win the oscar but just being nominated is precious---TKS-FA

Ideals arn't stupid if they fail to work, you'll have more misses than hits, but at least you are doing the walk and not the talk, don't give up, the human race needs you-

I had to go back and catch up with your project by reading the other thread. I think you've nearly got it and really inexpensive. Does it give you the amount of cooling you are looking for?

How'd you get all the moonshining experience?
