Our hosts are selling a hose cleaner, I'm not sure if it works on all sized hoses.

The hose brush is made with 22 mm bristles, a perfect fit for standard tubing.
It is possible to cram it into slimline tubing, but it makes me uneasy about the safety of the tubing.
